The legal fees at HFG Attorneys Inc in Paarl can vary anything from R 800-00 per hour to R 2 000-00 per hour plus VAT and disbursements. We are ethically committed to providing you with the best legal options at the lowest possible hourly rate. Our office will constantly provide you with updated interim invoices to manage the legal fees and prevent runaway legal bills.
Once we receive an enquiry from a potential client, our offices will contact the person to ascertain the legal problem, whereafter we will issue the client with a first consultation invoice of R 1 000-00 plus VAT. The amount must be paid through EFT before the first consultation. Once we receive the proof of payment, we will schedule the first consultation with the client. We will evaluate the legal issues during the first consultation and advise the client about the way forward.
This will depend on the legal practitioner’s years of experience, skills, expertise, and the type of matter concerned. After the first consultation, we will request a deposit from our client before commencing with the required legal action. Once we receive the deposit, we will immediately proceed with the necessary legal action. We also have the option available for financial qualifying clients to enter into a down payment agreement for their legal fees.
