Marlé Gonzales graduated at North West University of Potchefstroom in 2014 where she successfully completed her Bcomm degree in Industrial Psychology and Labour Relations. Due to her passion for Labour Law, she furthered herself as a specialist by obtaining her Honours degree in Labour Relations during 2015.
Since Marlé has graduated, she has gained a vast amount of experience in various areas of Labour Law as she has represented both the employer and employees in the field.
Marlé had the opportunity to work for one of South Africa’s biggest trade Unions and represented a vast number of Employer Organizations.

At HFG Attorneys Inc, Marlé is the head of the Labour Law Department ensuring that we can assist our clients with specialised and related advice, seeing to it that our client’s don’t find themselves on the wrong side of an award.
